FAQs

Got a question? We’re here to help.

  • How do I schedule visits?

All new clients are required to schedule a free meet & greet prior to starting services. Give us a call or send us a message and we'll gladly schedule yours!

Once you are set up in our system, you can request visits through our online system. We even have a fantastic app for when you're on the go!

  • My pet has behavior issues. Can you still provide services?

We always discuss unique needs at our initial Meet and Greet. Not every pet is a match for our services, but we will do our best to work with you. We cannot care for pets with aggression or a history of biting.

  • Do you provide services on major holidays?

Yes!!!! Holidays always fill quickly, so please make reservations in advance. We do include a holiday fee for each visit scheduled on New Year’s Eve, New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

  • Do you provide updates after each visit?

Casey will send a message via our Time to Pet app after every visit. Your message will include a report about the visit, along with several pictures.

  • What areas do you service?

Casey serves most of Cedar Creek Lake!

  • How many visits per day should I book?

The frequency of visits is something that we can discuss during your initial meet & greet.

Most indoor only dogs will require a minimum of 3 visits per day (at least morning, afternoon, and evening).

Most clients choose once per day, or twice per day for cats.  Every other day care is not available via Casey's Lucky Dog.

  • I need someone to bring in mail and water plants while I travel, but I'm taking my pets with me. Can you help!

YES!! I would be happy to schedule house check-ins for you, at your requested frequency.

  • How much experience do you have?

I began pet sitting around 1995. I have owned a variety of pets throughout my life, big and small! I'm familiar with most animals who qualify for care at a small animal vetrinary clinic.
